Day Conference

Arrival: Coffee & tea.

Morning Tea: Coffee & tea, House made macaroons and danishes.

Lunch: Gourmet sandwiches, fresh fruit platter, orange juice and soft drink.

Afternoon Tea: Coffee & tea with house made biscuits.

Use of standard A/V & IT equipment and Conference Room Hire.

Residential Conference Package

Arrival: Coffee & tea.

Morning Tea: Coffee & tea, House made macaroons and danishes.

Lunch: Assorted gourmet sandwiches & focaccias, fresh fruit & cheese platter. Chefs selection of hot finger food, mineral water, orange juice and soft drink.

Afternoon Tea: Tea, coffee, house made biscuits.

Deluxe Room with Full Buffet Breakfast, 3 Course Dinner (2 selections per course), Use of standard A/V and IT equipment and Conference Room Hire

Residential Executive Package

Arrival: Coffee & tea.

Morning Tea: Coffee & tea, House made macaroons and danishes.

Lunch: Assorted gourmet sandwiches & focaccias, fresh fruit & cheese platter. Hot fork food, mineral water, orange juice and soft drink.

Afternoon Tea: Tea, coffee, house made biscuits.

The Lakeview Room

The Lakeview Room can fit a maximum of 150 people and is ideal for larger functions and corporate meetings.

The seating style can be configured in many ways:

  • Theatre Style (fits max 150) which is best for presentations where writing and book work is not required.
  • U-shape Style (fits 40 max) which is a good option for functions where the presenter and the audio visual presentation are important, but you also want some group interaction.
  • Classroom Style (fits 80 max) which is Ideal for training courses and lectures where the focus is on the presenter/audio visual and book work is required.
  • Banquet Style (fits 100 max) which is recommended if you want to encourage round table discussions and group work.

Boardroom

The Boardroom can fit a maximum of 16 people. It’s ideal for small functions and corporate meetings, as it is very private on the top level overlooking the private lake.
