Most venues hand you a room and little else. Your ceremony is in one place, your reception in another, and your guests are scattered across town in whatever they could book.
Somewhere between the confetti and the first dance, someone ends up watching a run sheet instead of enjoying your day. The venue you choose decides how the whole day feels, not just how the photos look.

At Lincoln Downs you don't hire a room, you take over a lakeside estate. Exchange your vows in the overwater gazebo, with the lake and the willows as your backdrop. Move to the gardens for canapes as the light drops.
Then celebrate in the Lakeview Room, where floor-to-ceiling windows hold the water and the gazebo lights all evening. When the last song plays, no one drives anywhere. Your guests are already home, in rooms a short stroll across the grounds, and the two of you retire to the Lakeview Suite, on us.

Yes. Your ceremony takes place at the overwater gazebo, canapes are served in the gardens, and your reception is metres away in the Lakeview Room. No transfers, no convoy of cars between venues.
They can. Lincoln Downs is a 4-star resort, so your guests book rooms right on the grounds and walk home after the last dance. The two of you receive a complimentary night in the Lakeview Suite.
Both the Lakeview Room and the Glass Room have floor-to-ceiling windows over the lake, so your celebration stays beautiful indoors whatever the weather.
The Lakeview Room is licensed from 10am to 10pm, with a licensed bar throughout the day and evening.
